Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is received before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, please immediately contact us via email at admin@glowandshinecosmetics.com or call us at +91 99942 35603 with your Order Number.
Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The customer must wait for the delivery to be completed and may then treat the order as ineligible for return (see Section 2).
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
Returns are only accepted for the following conditions:

All refunds are initiated only after the returned item (in case of damaged/incorrect goods) has been received and inspected by our team at our facility in Coimbatore.
Refund for Cancellations: For orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
Refund for Returns: For eligible returns, the refund process will begin within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
