1. Order cancellations

 

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is received before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    • To request a cancellation, please immediately contact us via email at admin@glowandshinecosmetics.com or call us at +91 99942 35603 with your Order Number.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The customer must wait for the delivery to be completed and may then treat the order as ineligible for return (see Section 2).

 

2. Returns and replacements

 

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.

Returns are only accepted for the following conditions:
